I ordered CBG, CBD, and this CBN. I have terrible insomnia. It takes me hours of tossing and turning and laying in the dark staring at the ceiling to finally fall asleep. I take a dose of this and 45 minutes later I feel cozy and relaxed. My shoulders drop and my worries melt away. Every cannabinoid I've got from gilded has exceeded my expectations. I track my sleep with a smartwatch and I've found not only am I falling asleep faster, but where I was waking up 3 times a night, every single night, I'm no longer doing that and sleep through the night now.
