Great for sleep
CBN will make you sleepy, but also hungry, so be forewarned ;). This stuff is a light powder with little taste. I can scoop some straight into my mouth before washing it down, or pack it into empty gelcaps for discrete usage. I've also dissolved it into CBD distillate to make a nighttime blend. I've ordered from this store many times now. Everything is carefully packed, orders ship fast, and customer service is always great. (The only problem I have is that the website keeps asking my birthday—set a cookie, guys;) I love this vendor 11/10!

I ordered CBG, CBD, and this CBN. I have terrible insomnia. It takes me hours of tossing and turning and laying in the dark staring at the ceiling to finally fall asleep. I also struggle with anxiety and find myself struggling to unwind after a long day. While some CBD and type 1 flower help me relax. Adding this to the mix is a whole different ball game. I take a dose of this and 45 minutes later I feel cozy and relaxed. My shoulders drop and my worries melt away. Every cannabinoid I've got from gilded has exceeded my expectations. I track my sleep with a smartwatch and I've found not only am I falling asleep faster, but where I was waking up 3 times a night, every single night, I'm no longer doing that and sleep through the night now. This stuff is awesome and I'm grateful that gilded offers affordable options for the isolate so Im not breaking the bank to have a better quality of life.
