International FAQ:

Will I owe duties and taxes on my package?

 

It is highy likely that you will owe your countries tax office duties and fees in order to clear your package for delivery. You must reach out to the courier / Customs promptly to pay anything due, and avoid a Return to Sender.

 

Can I ship my package to a parcel locker / collection point?

 

You may only ship packages to a valid address that you reside at. Once the package has made it to your country, you can contact the courier to request to have the parcel held at a courier facility for pickup. If a package is shipped to a Parcel Locker or Collection Point, it is likely to be Returned To Sender. If a package is returned due to this, you will be liable to pay a second shipping charge if you want your package shipped back.

 

Can I request a different shipping carrier?

 

No, you may not request a different shipping carrier. We utilize FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS for international shipments. You select the courier at checkout.

 

Can I request my items be relabeled?

 

You may request that the fulfillment team relabels your order in the order notes. If you forget to put it in your order notes, you may contact our customer service department, but it will not guarantee that fulfillment gets the request in time.
